Via Condotti 29 Propery amenities![]() The non-smoking hotel occupies the second floor of a house on the Via Condotti, with terracotta floors throughout. There is twice daily housekeeping and personal touches abound chocolates on the pillow, free postcards, baskets of fruit and a chance to sample aperitifs of fine wines and cheese from 7pm. Guests are given their own key so may come and go as they please. The small library consists of a bookshelves on the main corridor with novels for guest use and materials to plan sightseeing trips. Although there is a lift, there are five steps to reach the lift and a flight of eight steps to reach the front door of the hotel. Policies Tax of 10% is not included in the price but will be added at the time of payment.
Dining![]() Guests of the hotel enjoy a complimentary Continental breakfast each morning. Breakfast room - The small breakfast room (three tables) has spot-lighting and large sepia photographs of the Colosseum and Piazza di Spagna in the 18th century. Cooked breakfasts, homemade cakes and bagels are part of a continental breakfast served here daily. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but there are several dining options within the surrounding area. Rooms![]() This hotel has six guestrooms, all of which have firm beds, terracotta floors and antique prints. The same gold/blue fabric patterned with fleur-de-lys is used in bedspreads, curtains and bedside tablecloths. Rooms vary in size, some have views over the Via Condotti, others over the adjacent cul-de-sac. All have antique chairs and tables and large, opening windows admitting plenty of natural light. Large cupboards and doors are made of pine. All bathrooms have contemporary mirrors, white tiles and shower cubicles.
