good for the price

Hotel was very well located and easy to find. Rooms were clean although a bit on the small side. Staff were helpful when asked. Breakfast was awful. It's a good hotel for a quick trip to rome especially if you are on a budget. Not really a 4 star but perfectly adequate.

While visiting Rome in November 2003 we were staying in this newly opened hotel, located in the heart of ancient Rome, short distance to all sights. We enjoyed spacious room and marble/tile bathroom both tastefully decorated. Daily breakfast was disappointing, limited selection and the worst selection of meats and cheeses. We were also surprised that our sheets were not changed daily. Not a 4* hotel category.

Not so impressive

We stayed here during 2003 Thanksgiving vacation in room 506, which was a bit disappointing. They placed our party of 3 in a room with 2 twin beds pushed together and a cot for my 18 year old son. The bathroon did not have electrical outlet. No A/C and smog from window was bad at times. When we asked for different room-was told this was one of the biggest and no other room available. Maybe you will have better luck.
